Topic 1: Movie review - Zootopia
Zootopia is an adventure and comedy with memorable characters, a unique world setting and a featured song by Sia titled Try Everything. In my opinion, the song fits pretty well with the theme, and they made the singer a character in the film as Zootopia's popstar to fit the world run by anthropomorphic animals. Before I continue, I must warn you there are slight spoilers. Zootopia is about a bunny named Judy Hopps that has a dream to become a police officer of Zootopia, she achieved becoming the first ever bunny to be a cop and she is interested in solving a case of a missing mammal with the help of Nick Wilde that has some evidence about the case.
The design of the world is very refreshing how all types of species can live in harmony "Zootopia is a unique place. It's a crazy, beautiful, diverse city where we celebrate our differences." a quote by Gazelle showing that the diversity of the city and the environment to fit the mammals habitat. Even though the world has a vast environment a majority of society treats others unequally some herbivores still have a fear of carnivore species because of their desire to hunt prey centuries ago. This exists a conflict where carnivores will treat them differently on the outside.
The reason why this movie is my favorite out of many Disney animated films is, that I am a big fan of anthropomorphic characters and the movie fits my criteria. The jokes excel well through out the movie and the 3D animation is so appealing to children and parents alike. The plot itself is fresh and there are many lessons sprinkled around the film. Overall I recommend this movie for all ages good character design, character personality and story made the movie so fun to watch. "Zootopia Where all lived in harmony. Where anyone can be anything."
