Topic 2: My favourite person - Daniel William Sooman

 



 Daniel William Sooman, better known online as Dani, DaniDev or r/danidev and formerly dwsgames, born on June 15, 1997, is a Norwegian indie game developer who is intrigued in the concept of having physics in games.

 Dani started his YouTube career in 2009 on the channel Zaruk12, where he made a few animation videos on there. When he and his brother saw that it was not looking amazing, they stopped making videos on it. He then got to making Runescape videos on a channel called "runescapeshow1", but these videos did not do well and he decided to make flash games instead. A few of the notable ones are "easiest game ever", "kill the stickman", and "kill the stickmen".

 After that, Dani started a channel with a name that is not known. This channel made gaming commentaries, he decided to move to another channel where he blew up. This channel was similar to the old channel, but this time he made some tutorials on the game Battlefield 4, some QnA videos, and some meme videos. Dani got banned for an unknown reason and lost motivation to make videos. Dani then went and had a "normal life" for a while. After that, he started to make CS:GO videos and edits on an unknown channel. Then, after seeing a devlog on YouTube, he decided to go back to making video games. He posted the devlogs of the game he was working on, Off The Sticks on his current channel, Dani.

 There are many reasons why I like him. One of them is because he has good sense of humour. Most of his videos are filled with funny jokes and memes. Because of this, his videos feels more unique and fun to watch compared to other regular devlogs. It also make his videos feel more "human" because he put a lot of emotion when he's talking in his videos.





 Besides that, I admire him because he is very skilled in making video games. He once made a video game in just 12 hours and make a video about it on youtube tittled "Making a Game in ONE Day (12 Hours)". Not only that, he also made another 3d game in just 3 days. He also know how to make a VR games. The quality of the video games he made are mind-blowingly good considering the video games he made are done by one person.

One of my favourite movies is Up. Up is an animated movie that was directed by Pete Docter, along with Bob Peterson, and Tom McCarthy.
